FAQs

1. What materials do you use to make your candles?
We use a premium blend of parasoy wax, glass vessels or tin containers, and high-quality fragrance oils to create our candles. This combination ensures a clean burn and captivating scents that enhance your space.
2.  Are your candles eco-friendly?
Yes, our candles are designed with eco-friendliness in mind. We use parasoy wax, which is a blend of natural soy wax and paraffin, providing a cleaner burn. Our glass vessels are reusable and recyclable, and we source our fragrance oils to ensure they are phthalate-free. We strive to minimize our environmental impact while delivering high-quality products that you can feel good about using.
3.  How can I care for my candles to ensure they last longer?
Trim the wick before each use to about 1/4 inch. This promotes a cleaner burn and reduces soot buildup.
Burn your candle for at least 1-2 hours at a time. This allows the wax to melt evenly across the surface, preventing tunneling and ensuring maximum fragrance release.
Place your candle in a stable, draft-free area to maintain an even flame and prevent uneven burning.
Store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This helps preserve their color and scent.
When not in use, keep the lid on your candle to protect it from dust and to maintain its fragrance.
4. What should I do if my candle has issues (e.g., tunneling, uneven burning)?
If your candle has issues like tunneling or uneven burning, try trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and ensure it burns for at least 1-2 hours at a time to allow the wax to melt evenly. If tunneling occurs, you can use a heat gun or hairdryer on low to gently melt the top layer for an even finish.
